ASIATIC LION LODGE is developed by a few wild life photographers who love GIR. Asiatic Lion Lodge is the first Eco Tourism Lodge in Gir National Park and Sanctuary (Sasan Gir). In Gujarat, we are the only member of Eco tourism Society of India. We were also the first ones to do Memorandum of Understanding with Government of Gujarat’s Forest Department with an aim to develop Eco tourism Lodge near Gir National Park & Sanctuary.
ASIATIC LION LODGE is built with an extra care using Eco friendly materials. It is nestled in the western part of the picturesque Gir in village of Haripur, where you can take in the true jungle ambiance and perfect natural surroundings. As a perfect base to explore the territory of Asiatic Lions, we offer the best value for money.
Our motto is simple - making sure that every guest feels they have stayed in a beautiful and serene property with incredible surrounding. Our Accommodation comprises of 16 air conditioned cottages. All cottages include King sized bed, LCD TV, Mini Bar and a tiled en-suite bathroom. Our showers are equipped with eco-friendly toiletries.
Our Flavor of Forest restaurant serves freshly cooked meals featuring North Indian and local delicacies of Kathiawad. We use organic ingredients everywhere possible. Most of our vegetables come from neighboring vegetable garden. Our Gazebo (Cafe Forest) is located adjacent to the natural water pond. It is furnished with reading tables and chairs. The Gazebo provides a wide selection of coffee-table books. Free Wireless broadband connections are available in the entire Lodge premises. We offer Wild life films every evening. It is a must to know Gir!
